I have a dream: Ban abortion in Croatia
by: Vice Batarelo, April 7, 2024.
Where is the public discussion now about the shameful industrial massacre of unborn children in Croatia called abortion? One extremist left-wing party says that they will insert this "right" into the Croatian Constitution, while other politicians and society...remain silent.
Or maybe we don't want to talk about it now because it's "inconvenient". We don't want "confrontation". We want to be "nice" people.
Or maybe some think it is "prudent", we will not talk about it now or write it in our programs, "BUT when we come to power, then we will act". What a platitude. Not good enough, we expect much more. When are we going to talk about it if not now!?!
And as voters, citizens, Catholics and people of good will, we must tell them this, and not play their games.
I hardly believe politicians when they say something, I believe a little when they write, but when they don't say anything and don't write anything official about it, then we can't hold them for absolutely nothing.
It's not like all of us Catholics have entered some kind of "ideological moratorium". Isn't it true that we are silenced by unworthy politicians and corrupt media?
Read my lips:
Neither corruption, nor theft, nor a bad demographic situation, nor anything that stands out as bad in Croatia –
It WON'T be fixed until we FINALLY go to the cause of our problems, which is the public and
"legal" murder of unborn Croats. We must ban this mass killing of unborn children in Croatia.
It is the moral foundation of everything.
If we can't protect the unborn, how can we protect anyone? If we cannot protect and nurture life, how can we grow as a society and a country. How can we become creative and strong, when we have a black mark on the conscience of this nation? After 33 years, the communists' law to kill the unborn is still in force.
Ask openly and publicly the politicians you are thinking of voting for how they view abortion, what their plan and strategy is to ban killing, and let their answer be your guide. You, we, as the people and voters decide, not them.
You're need to vote for them, they need you, they're in your service, you don't need them back.
Nothing neck and neck to the ban deserves our whole attention. A lot more mudslinging, avoiding the topic and labile statements such as "we have to sensitize people".
